FetchIt has teamed up with FedEx to ensure timely and
accurate deliveries. For your convenience, orders will be
delivered Tuesday-Saturday and a signature is not required.

Q. Do I need to be home to accept delivery?
NO! When you enroll, you have the option to request special delivery instructions for your orders. Our durable packaging
will protect your pet’s food from the elements and maintain its freshness, rain or shine!

Q. Will I be able to specify when I want my food delivered?
Yes, you can choose what day of the week or specific date you want to receive your food. Opt for recurrent shipments or call and place your order when you start to run low.
Q. Once I sign up for a recurring order,
how can I change the timing?

Changes to your delivery date and frequency can be made by
logging in to your account page and editing your preferences
24 hours prior to your delivery.

Absolutely! If you decide FetchIt is not for you, call or e-mail us prior to your next shipment to terminate your service. There’s no obligation - and no penalty to cancel.
